Nice cards!!!!! Marion Motley and Jim Brown! Pretty much the bridge from old school to modern day football. This got me interested if I have an actual Marion Motley football card or not. I'm thinking I don't. Otto Graham, yes. Lou Groza, yes, Paul Brown, yes. Marion Motley, I'm just not sure.
Jim Brown is probably my favorite collectible player ever even though he retired the year I began watching football. Physically he was decases before his time. The only two people I have ever stood in line to get an autograph from are Jim Brown and Pat Benatar> Yes, that is a very odd pairing, I admit. I don't think they have anythng in common except they both grew up in Long Island. And the only person I'd stand in line to get an autograph from these days is Yaroslava Mahuchikh and if anyone knows who she is without looking her up, I'll be highly impressed!
