Well, for what it's worth, I do think the flagship card looks better. Maybe that's why it's more? That'd certainly be enough reason for me, if I were the one doing the values.

Heritage is never as valuable as flagship. Take advantage of that and get some nice cards for the PC without spending a premium.

It's because Topps Flaship is the first release season so it tends to book higher and also eye appeal wereas Topps Flagship card is showing full body action shot wereas Topps Heritage is only showing headshot
