Added another one of these today!

So if you have three to four of this single card, how many Pete Rose cards do you have in total? Do you have any idea? What about how many different ones?

Ive got a '66 and two '69. I used to have 65 thru 86 plus most league leader cards he was on. I think I currently have 12 or 13 total. Not really sure where half of them are.

For some reason, I am drawn to the 73 set. I think its because it was the last set that came in series that got progressively harder to find. Ive got 5 or 6 Kaline same with Killebrew and Yaz. If i see a nice one really cheap I snag it. Problem is when Im saving for a card and come across a nice one thats going way too cheap, I cant help myself. At this rate, Ill never get a Dimaggio auto. LOL

I'm thinking the same thing. I used to have one and I, stupidly, traded it away because I didn't collect baseball at the time. Now it's the main card I used to have and would love to have back. The problem is, I want mine back, and not just any of them. 🤣

That will be a monumental task.

I feel the same way. When I got back into collecting around 2018, it was with the purpose of finishing up a 73 set and a 61 set. I loved going after the 73s so much I ended up going for a second set. Then thought I'd finish a 74 set and, though I like a lot of those cards, it wasn't the same experience since the higher numbers aren't any more difficult. The 61s were great to put together until it got too tough and pricey for the big stars and final series. Some day, maybe, I'll finish it.

Oh, and thanks @Mike for the tip this week on the partial quote. This is my first time using it.

When I put my 73 set together the second most I paid for any card was the stupid high number checklist. Schmidt rookie being the most expensive to purchase.
