I aim for a certified autograph first, then patch or GU card as a second option. I collected through the mail starting in 1980, so I've got guys like Paul Brown and Tony Canadeo that way.

Ahh, yeah, that's cool. My goal is to eventually have one of each but, for now, I just settle for what I can get and just upgrade from there.

I try to plan ahead too, on guys I think could make the HOF. I picked up a Gronk auto in his second season and set it aside. It makes it more fun to pursue the current cards. I've got autos of Jalen Ramsey and Laremy Tunsil set aside, just in case they make the Hall.

Ha! I do the same thing! I've got several, in a box somewhere, of guys I expect will soon be HOFers, so I can just move them from one box to the other once it happens.
