Rob Manfred is reviewing a petition subitted by Rose's family for his reinststement, which would ostensibly make him eligible for Cooperstown. Pete is one of the most polarizing figures in the history of baseball, and one of the best players in the history of baseball, elected to the All Star Game at a record 5 different positions!
