What payment methods do you use for sports cards?

I've been in and out of it for several years now so I'm curious if there's been a shift in the way folks are paying for cards online, or accepting payments online, especially for sports cards.

So, my question is simple. What methods of payment do you use for sports cards? This can be as a buyer or as a seller. Also, you can select multiple options if you accept multiple forms of payment.

If you do select other, please let us know in the thread what that method is. If there are enough folks using it, I may get it added to the poll here.

Personally, I only use PayPal right now but, as I said, I've been a bit out of it. I certainly don't have a problem adapting where I need to.

I'm guessing they were freezing out peopel with my particular political point of view. Good thing I never used that method of payment.

I don't buy online but in my decades of collecting cards I've only used CMB............Cash Money Brother. When I do buy from people on trade forums, I use concealed cash.

Buying with cash also makes you more disciplined in one's spending since it is immediate and painful. I really love sports cards.................I mean REALLY love sports cards.....but I realize they are only sports cards and not a necessity so overspeding is not a problem for me.

Now buyers can use credit or debit cards as a choice in addition to Paypal, but I still pay via Paypal. Odd because as a seller a few years back eBay forced sellers to do this automated payments system that goes through Ebay.

Yeah, I remember when they started that with the sellers. Might have cost them a few sellers initially, but I'd imagine most, if not all, of them have since gone back. At least the ones who left because of that. I almost never sell on eBay (probably been well over 10 years since I've sold anything on eBay) and, as a buyer, I only use PayPal too. Unrelated to cards, I paid for some shirts I bought late last year with Venmo. I accidentally paid the wrong person and was never able to get my money back. Venmo support said the only way I could get it back was if the seller refunded it. So, yeah, I sure wouldn't want to use that to pay for something else, and especially not if I didn't trust the seller completely.

I noticed that last night actually and wondered what the point was. Thinking about it, though, I figured it was kinda like why stores offer gift cards. They go ahead and get your money up-front and then hope you forget about it and never spend it, kinda like forgetting about, or losing, a gift card. Also, when you're left with less than $1 in store credit, there's not really a way to spend that. So, guess what...they basically keep that too. I'm not sure how many members they have, but I'd imaging having $0.25 per member just sitting there, probably never to be used, is worth a pretty penny.
