Pay it Forward - 2025 Edition

Very cool Idea. Even TCDB (Trading Card Data Base) has a "Pay It Forward" thread. I have benefited from it a few times and sent out once maybe twice. Bad on me for not being a better giver. My problem has always been being able to find the stuff I think I have or had. Sometimes I've traded stuff away without updating my have lists.

I am mostly a Washington teams guy and have always been more vintage than modern. I'm getting to the point where I really should stop with the modern stuff and stick to vintage pre 1980. Many of the trends and tons of variants are not for me anymore. I am mostly baseball and football with some non-vintage I'm real picky about the non-sport and it is almost never the TCG things.

Oh and one of my projects I'm still trying to complete is my "Strive for '65" set build of the 1965 Topps Baseball.
I really liked the little pennant on the 65s when collecting as a kid, thought them better than the boxey 64s. Don't have a full set but do have a few dupes so I'll see if I have a match for your need list.
I do understand your thoughts on modern vs vintage collecting, actually just started modern set building upon retirement, though I did buy a bunch of wax pack boxes for my son back in the early 80s.
As we are all new members here it seems strange to say welcome, but I'll say it anyway. Welcome to SCA.
Carlton

Really appreciate that. I don't trade for Blackhawks because I don't do hockey but sometimes ask for them when I try and trade FB or BB.
Posted up a freebie of some 90-91 Stadium Club Blackhawks. Memory failed me cause I only had Stadium Clubs and no Upper Decks. The photography on these is Stadium Club awesome and the Blackhawks jerseys are striking.

Well, I struck out on the 65's. My few dupes are in bad shape with tape created paper loss, and they did not match your needs anyway. Oh well.
Anyway, found a 1962 Topps #42 Jim King Senators card I would send your way if you might need it. Cool block W in red with white trim on a blue hat. Just LMK Thanks

Thanks for the offer, but looks like I have a copy (at least my TCDB list says I have it) and the card looks familiar.
Sorry.

1) I need two cards to finish this one off. I love this insert set: 2021 Bowman's Best Heat Wave Die Cuts - HW11 - Aaron Judge and HW 21 Nolan Arenado

2) May I suggest that the requests of each poster be added to the introduction page? It may be easier for users to find what people are looking for in a one liner like: Horfin- 2021 Bowman's Best Heat Wave Diecuts HW11 Judge and HW21 Arenado

That way went it gets filled it can be deleted.

Just a thought.
Bill

Yes, I just got that added. Thanks for the suggestion!

@Calsp3 @cubman1941 @captkirk42 - I've briefly summarized your needs into the first post here. If you'd like it changed, please let me know.

For any future participants, try to condense your wants into several lines, or less, so they can be added to the first post without taking up too much space.

The full list of participants, and their wants, can be found here: https://sportscardarena.com/threads/pay-it-forward-2025-edition.294/#-participants
